Could we look a dog in the eye and think that they are ‘food’?

Yet, society has taught us to look into the eye of a pig and think ‘food.’

Both are smart, sweet, friendly, and affectionate living beings so why do we draw a line between them?

We have inherited biases that have been handed down to us for years through tradition and company advertising. The truth is that each piece of meat was a precious fabulous soul just like our very own pets.

Let’s reject the notion that some lives matter less than other lives and choose plant based.
