"Muddy and Beautiful."

As a society, we see pigs as not as cute and furry as dogs which makes it easier to justify their confinement, mutilations, and killings despite the two having the same characteristics as our pets. Perhaps this is why we can decry the consumption of dog meat while readily chowing down on pork products.

Beauty is only skin deep. Pigs are sweet, affectionate, intelligent, friendly, playful animals who love a good belly rub and like to chill out on a hot day. And if we really get the chance to see them, away from marketing and stereotypes, we will see that they really are in fact beautiful.

A kinder, more equal world is possible for all living beings. Make a positive difference and give plant based foods a delicious try.
