"No Cause For Celebration."

Why do we love dogs and cats and freely confine and kill other animals when they are intelligent, affectionate, and sweet just like our own pets? (despite what the meat and dairy industries would have us believe.)

We are brought up in a society that values some lives over others whether that be because of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, or even species. Our pets are no different than the animals who we place on our plates with the exception that some are loved and some are looked at only in terms of how their bodies can be used by humans.

Let’s stand for equality and reject the notion that some lives matter less than other lives and choose plant based foods.
